What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is the most well-known medical practice associated with Asian medicine. It is practiced in a variety of ways but always involves the insertion of fine, solid filiform needles (usually as thin as a hair) into specific points on the body. For more information, watch the videos below.

The Acupuncture Now Foundation is an educational nonprofit organization working to build a world where the benefits of acupuncture are known and available to all. The videos above were created by the ANF as part of its outreach and educational program.
